Tagging Guidelines

  1. Gather items & login through our Consignor Login portal. Click "Enter Items" and begin.
  2. Enter a category, size, price and clear item description online. Don't worry about finishing all at once. You will be able to save your work and come back later.
  3. For pricing items, we recommend pricing at 25% of retail value for clothing and 30% of retail value for toys & baby equipment. The minimum price accepted for an item is $3. Please remember you will be receiving 70% of the sale price.
  4. Choose if you would like your items to sell at half price during the half-price sale days. You can do this for all or just select items.
  5. Choose if you would like to donate items that do not sell. Items you choose to donate will be donated to local charities at the end of the sale.
  6. After you have entered an item, write the corresponding number of the entered item on the string tag (for example, if it's the first item you entered you would write 1 on the string tag). This will help to keep items in order and speed-up the drop-off process.
  7. Once finished entering your items, print your inventory sheet and bring it with you along with all your items to drop-off.

Item Drop-off Guidelines

  • After you have finished entering your items, sign-up for a drop-off date & time in the consignor portal.
  • When you come to drop-off your items bring your inventory sheet and we will have your barcoded price labels printed out and ready for you to attach to your string tags.
  • Please make sure your items are in numerical order to speed up the drop-off process.

Item Pick-up Guidelines

  • Any unsold items you choose not to donate must by picked up Saturday, Sept. 30th from 5pm-7pm.
  • During pick-up, you will receive a detailed inventory sheet and your unsold items will be returned and a check for your items sold (minus the $10 participation fee).
  • All unsold items remaining at the end of pick-up will be donated to our local charity partner.
  • If you choose to donate all unsold items, your consignor check (minus the $10 participation fee) will be mailed to you within 7 to 10 business days.
